Are these ranges final quotes?→
No. They are typical investment ranges that help establish fit. The final price is based on a documented scope: required functionality, responsibilities, integrations and delivery conditions, agreed in writing before work begins.
Why do some services have monthly pricing?→
Because some work genuinely continues. Search growth, campaign optimization and monitoring adapt to a changing market and need repeated measurement. That work runs as a month-to-month program with a defined monthly scope, while websites, sprints and system builds are fixed projects.
Do you require long-term contracts?→
No. Fixed projects end when the documented scope is delivered. Ongoing programs are month-to-month and can end with 14 days notice.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?→
No. MOST does not charge a percentage of media spend. Fees are for the strategy, build and optimization work itself.
Is advertising spend included in the price?→
No. Media spend is paid directly to the advertising platform from client-owned ad accounts and is separate from MOST fees.
What does the client own?→
Custom source code and project deliverables created under the agreed scope, business data, and the advertising, analytics and platform accounts wherever the provider allows client ownership. Third-party software and model providers remain governed by their own terms.
Are hosting and software fees included?→
No. Hosting, domains, email and SMS, model usage and paid software are third-party operating costs. Where practical they are billed directly to the client, and expected costs are estimated before implementation.
Why do Business Systems and AI require mapping first?→
Because the price depends on workflows, data, integrations, roles and controls that are invisible from the outside. The System Mapping Sprint ($2,500–$4,500 CAD) documents those requirements so the build quote reflects reality instead of guesswork.
Can we start with a smaller project?→
Yes. Many engagements begin with a focused sprint - a Search Foundation Sprint, a Single-Channel Launch, a System Mapping Sprint or an AI Workflow Pilot - and expand only if the results justify it.
How do change requests work?→
Out-of-scope work is not started without approval. Change requests are quoted before the work begins, so the scope and the invoice never drift apart silently.
How are projects invoiced?→
Scope is documented before implementation, and invoicing follows milestones or an agreed schedule. Engagements above $5,000 CAD can be structured as monthly installments tied to delivery milestones, with no financing fees.
Is support available after launch?→
Yes, as an optional arrangement rather than a forced plan - from ad-hoc help to a defined ongoing program, agreed after launch based on what the system actually needs.
Does a higher range guarantee a better result?→
No. Price reflects scope and complexity, not a promised outcome. No ranking, ROAS, lead-volume or AI-accuracy guarantees appear on this page because honest work cannot make them.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?→
Yes. All public ranges are CAD.
What happens after the audit?→
You receive a written review of the current position and a recommended next step. If work is worth doing, the scope and price are documented before anything starts. If it is not, the audit says so - it is yours to keep either way.
Do you work with companies outside Vancouver?→
Yes. MOST is based in Vancouver and serves Metro Vancouver first, but the work itself - web, search, paid, systems and AI - is delivered remotely for clients elsewhere in Canada and beyond.
